1968 2 year Graduate Trainee course introduced me to all lines of business both underwriting and claims at both Branch and Regional level. Positions then as a Life Inspector in Portsmouth, City Inspector in Manchester led to my final UK appointment which was Branch Manager Lancaster.

1986-1987 Managing Director Spanish Life Subsidiary Madrid

1989-2008 REGENT INSURANCE COMPANY LTD BELIZE
1989-2008 In my fifteen years at the helm of Regent we progressed from
the fourth ranked insurance company in the country to the leader
During this period we opened subsidiary Life and Health, Realty,
Property Development and Captive Management companies
thereby forming the Regent Financial Group of which I was CEO.
2004 Started Arbitrating and Mediating within the Insurance Industry.
2005-2007 I set up RFG Insurance Co Ltd with partners to merge the portfolios of Regent Insurance Co Ltd with that of its nearest rival and served as the Chairman of the Life subsidiary and Deputy Chairman of the General Insurance Company until my retirement.
2008 Formed Insmedarb Inc to offer ADR services to the Financial Services Industry internationally.
